Happy and satisfied with helpful, pleasant and courteous hotel staff. Hotel was clean and good. Breakfast was value for money. Suitable for parents and family members who are visiting their children at York University due to its proximity. Disadvantage is the hotel's poor location from food outlets although there is Perkins Restaurant next door and Yorkgate Mall, a short distance away. Suitable for short stay only.

We were guests for our friend's son's wedding. Your hotel was recommended on our invitation. We found it to be a great spot .... warm, friendly atmosphere, easy access from the highway, close to shopping (to pick up the items fogotten at home!) We greatly enjoy morning breakfast bars .. one suggestion we would make however, is to leave the coffee out while guests are still at the tables .... 10:00 on a Sunday morning after partying the night before seems a bit too soon to end coffee time! Breakfast yes, but the coffee at least until the last guest leaves the breakfast room or until the coffee urns are empty! Thank you ... we enjoyed our stay and would go there again!
