A good hotel, with professional friendly staff, good sized rooms, very comfortable beds and good services.

I stayed at the Scenic Circle Russley a total of three nights and was very pleased. We requested a room large enough for a family of four, and we were given a room with two queen beds and two single beds, frig, 1.5 baths, back patio and garden and a full sauna! We paid no more for this room then a typical room for four. I believe these rooms are located in the 740-750 block of the hotel and have outdoor entry (our room was 750, an end unit as well!). There are also interior rooms available, but these rooms are smaller--more your typical hotel room. The evening meals at the hotel's restaurant are wonderful--they have a chef that is second to none. I would, however, skip the morning breakfast buffet, as there was little food available, and not worth the $20 price tag. This hotel also offers a free shuttle to the ariport and to close attractions like the Antarctic Centre. Be aware that this hotel is located out by the airport, so a taxi to Cathedral Square will be around $30 one way. In all, a great place to stay, especially if you need airport transfers, have children, or enjoy spending time in your room.

Quite close to Mascot station for trains to central Sydney and both the domestic and international airport terminals, although an airport shuttle service direct from the hotel is available.

My husband & myself came to Australia for a long 3 weeks travel vacation.
Sydney was our last stop before departing home for Canada.We chose this location based on reputation and location. The hotel did not disappoint. In fact it was more than anticipated!
Enjoyed the evening having a quite drink in the lounge then dinner in the restaurant. Especially enjoyed having and long warm bath to soak out any aches acquired from a busy 3 weeks sightseeing and vacationing.
Definitely would recommend.
Liked the fact could choose from a pillow menu - have never seen that option before!

the rooms smells a bit and appears quite dusty.

Appreciated proximity to train service to downtown and to airport.

We had a problem finding accommodation to suit our family of 2 adults and 1 child and 1 baby. I usually travel alone so will be staying with you again and I will be happy to recommend your hotel and friendly staff. I loved the stuff in the bathroom and so did my 10-year-old granddaughter. Your courteous coach drivers were very helpful with all our luggage (we had heaps) and very friendly to boot. More than I have noticed at other establishments nearby!!

too many stains on chairs and carpets in room

service ion restaurant was very slow.....I had to leave and eat something in the room as I was feeling quite ill. My guests stayed and said that the meal they eventually got was...average.

Hotel wqas a little noisy late evening and very early in the morning - other guests checking out at odd times

Staff was very helpful in arranging tours. I enjoyed having biscuits with the coffee service.

Transport from airport to hotel was free. Think it should also be free to return to airport. It cost us $20.00 - excessive.

Beer, wine and food prices are more than I expect to pay. Additionally, the beer I normally drink had run out and the price per stubby was $1.30 more expensive than the larger schooner of tap beer (Tooheys new)

front desk Claudine was amazing.. so helpful and courteous.. all others were very friendly and helpful too... great people..!

Sydney has a lovely climate so it seems a shame there are no outdoor pool facilities very nice although perhaps the shower facilities could have been more modern. Also get Fox Sports 3 on the TV as this hosts the Premier League football!

Although we were happy with the hotel and the room as a whole we unfortunately took a bottle of water from the mini bar and found it to be contaminated with some substance which was a very unpleasant experience. Overall we were very happy with the room and the service provided by the hotel

I had a very quiet room which I really appreciated. And the wakeup service was superb.
