The hotel is in an excellent location with malls located about a 5minute walk away. The staff were very personable and made a fuss over our little girl. We got a lovely childrens pack in our room that consisted of children's slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and a nice cup. This made our daughter very happy. There was a good selection for breakfast and they even had a little table with children's food on and a small area with toys. This kept my daughter entertained during breakfast. The pool was nice and had a childrens area, although it was quite noisy as they are doing some work to one of the areas by the pool. Rooms were comfortable and not much noise was heard throughout the night. Very enjoyable holiday and would definately recommend this hotel.

Our room was exceptionally comfortable - the bed was brilliant. The room provided all that the average traveller needs to be relaxed and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was pretty good. The location was very central. It was the last day/night of our overseas travel and it was a lovely way to finish our trip. Two 60-year old active retirees from Australia.

Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is a very good hotel for me. We even doesn't have opportunity to ask for something, and it's already prepared for us. If we a service, the respons is very quick and give us the satisfaction. The room is impeccably clean,nice scent upon my arrival, housekeeping team are really focussed on the cleanliness of the whole room, eye for details are met consistently.. Keep it up! Congratulations to all!!

Our stay was very good and confortable. The only complaint I have is that the bed sheets were torned . Although I left them at sight the first morning housekeeping did not change them. For the price of the room, that was a bad sign but did not have time to call or complaint....honestly I felt one shouldnt have that kind of situation in this kind of hotels.

This hotel meet my expectations. but, $ 188 SGD plus tax (approximately $ 220 SGD) per night for a small single 1 bed is WAYs too much! Internet service is also way too much $ 27 USD / day! No wireless service. Others service I have no problem. The Grand Millennium at Kuala Lumpur 5 stars hotel same size, service, clear & free wireless internet, just cost you $97 USD. Do your own calculation.

The Holiday Inn Park View is an excellent hotel to stay for the shopping on Orchard Road. Aprox 60 seconds short walk and you are amongst the shops.
The service from the staff exceeded excellent. After the first breakfast we were immediately recognised and the earl grey tea and black coffee were brought without asking. With a late night flight return to Sydney a 6pm check out was given, enabling us to enjoy our last day even more. Our thanks go to the staff and employees of the Holiday Inn.

Room sizes in our view could always be larger, and like many hotels in Singapore Holiday Inn is currently having a makeover although there was no sign of this to guests.

The place where we have breakfast is quite small and very crowded. Very difficult to walk back to our table once we got up to get our food. The variety of food for breakfast were the same everyday, you could change/rotate as this become a boredom especially for guests staying more than 2 nights.

The construction work/noise is a disturbance as we need to have peace of mind when we stay in a hotel and not have to go through such noise.

The staff I met with are very courteous and helpful and that's your plus point.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I particularly liked the location, close to everything. The pool and facilities were the best, very relaxing after a hard day shopping. I would highly recommed this hotel. My husband and I will definately be staying there if we are in Singapore.

On the 4th of May husband and I booked into the hotel for a weeks holiday. It was not expensive and we were a little apprehensive at what to expect. What a pleasant
surprise. Our room was excellent and the staff very courteous and friendly. The pool area was magnificent and we spent many happy hours lolling by it.
The hotel is situated near Orchard Road - most convenient to the shops and MRT.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it because of the location, service and value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at the HolidayInn Park View Hotel in Singapore.The staff were very helpful and courtious,from the doorman,housekeeping,breakfast staff and the efficientsey of the front desk.Our room was very comfortable and the new decore of the room pleasing.

We had a 4 nights stay recently. The hotel is located conveniently near Orchard Road where many shopping malls and most importantly Singapore Visitor's Info. Center were located. It was very noisy at night however, since the hotel is right next to a highway. They should install a second window facing the street to block the noise. The staff were helpful and overall, it was a good experience staying at Holiday Inn.
