Our Say in this hotel was the night before our wedding/ honeymoon. The room was beautiful, the staff couldn't have been more helpfull. Overall we were very impressed.

For a quick trip to Sydney this hotel was well located for easy access to main attractions and amenties. We booked our accommodation online which was really easy and convenient. The accomodation met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay.

The Old Harbour Holiday inn is in a fabulous location in the heart of the famous "Rocks"
The views from the roof are great with the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House both clear and close!
The hotel is central for most things -an easy walk to the Opera House and the Botanic Gardens. Very close to the river taxis and harbour cruise boats as well as the train.
The ambiance is relaxed in the hotel with helpful staff. My only criticism is that there were no helpful hints about using the pool -like where to find towels and such like and the changing area was very limited.
All in all a fantastic location and if you like a good market - it's on your doorstep at weekends!

I like the hotel and its location. I've found the staff to be very helpful. I appreciated that I was allowed to check in early, since I had been traveling for almost 24 hours. I think it would be very helpful if the bell person would offer to show the new occupant how the heat control works, since it took me awhile to figure it out.

Lack of concierge noted from previous stay and this was missed by us.

Staff varied between helpful & fairly poor in responding. Room proved to be extremely noisy due to rubbish collections being made at varying times of night & morning.

Great hotel and terrific location.

The room was well appointed, clean and practical

we did not have an extra breakfast menu for the 2nd night. As we came in late, we didn't want to call down to the desk and wait to have one delivered. Rooms should be double checked for these things

Very bland reception. Shame there is no gym. Pool area quite nice, location perfect. Quite expensive for what it is - but then maybe all Syd hotels are! TV remote wouldn't turn TV on or off. Man came to fix it without asking, but sound on most channels was bad.

A teffific place to stay so central and a very relaxing atmosphere. It did not have the hussle like many city hotels. It was a pleasure to stay and the service and friendly staff made our special visit to Sydney even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent room we received. It was very comfortable, extremely quiet.

Wonderful location and nice roomy lobby with comfortable lounges. everything one needs are at hand.
