Very helpful and courteous. Our every need was catered for. The hotel is placed perfectly for seeing the sights of Melbourne and is decorated in a very tasteful manner. The amenties are ample and the hotel obviously aims to suit all echelons of patrons. We had a wonderful stay and would most certainly visit again.

Very nice hotel! Much better than the Holiday Inn on Flinders Street just down the road.
