The room was tastefully decorated and the size was great. Toiletries supplied were of good quality.

We had no complaints about the room, and felt that we got what we paid for in terms of comfort etc and were perfectly pleased. However, we were not happy with the tea-coffee facilities or aspects of the room service. Tea and coffee -- there were only 4 ordinary tea bags. We feel that it would be far better to provide down to earth ordinary teabags in sufficient number, than to provide such things as Earl Grey, chamomile etc which wouldn't be wanted by the vast majority of your guests...surely better to provide a good number of basic essentials and let the few who might want a specialist tea to ring down for them. Calling down for additional supplies may well have been an option but if we want a cup of tea, we want a cup of tea!! (ie now not in 15 minutes). Also it needs to be pointed out to the room service breakfast staff that one small pat of butter for each guest, when there are four slices of toast each, is not sufficient.
