We only stayed one night but we were there long enough to discover that customer care is 110% at this hotel. We came into contact with 5 or 6 staff in our short stay and each was an example of customer care and attention to detail We would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Calgary to any guest whether for business or leisure. It is a class act.

The rooms are extremley small & not well maintained, we were there for 3 nights & cleaning was questionable. There is a definte problem communicating with several of the front desk perssonnel

Couldnt figure out the air conditioning/heating, we were hot one minute, then cold the next, apart from that, was a very pleasant stay.

This was our first trip to Calgary and not knowing where to go, this hotel was perfectly located on the C-Train rail line that connects to all the main attractions, especially the Stampede grounds. The staff were helpful when it came to directions, as well as to have transportation to the airport ready for us at departure. Hotel and rooms were clean and over all, considering the time frame we were there (Stampede), it was very quiet. The restaurant/lounge within the hotel also had very good food and service. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
