Exceptional value. Included breakfast was great start to day. Perfect 5th floor room. Excellent service throughout our stay. Added bonus was daily laundry credit. Late check-in/out much appreciated. Staff courtesy and attention was outstanding and alone worth more than a 4 star rating.

The metal casing which was used to store the tissue box fell off the wall nearly cutting myself.

I have stayed in this hotel when I first visited Kuchng and I thought at that time that the hotel was well maintained, the bed was great,and the amenities was even better. I would say that a new paint will make the room more airy and pleasant to stay in. Of course, the view on my first stay was great. I do think you need to have a new bed --sagging-- and the carpets are all worn out and one can see all the different spots of previous people.

In fact when my friend came to ask about room rates, again the reception was cold, unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not get any replacement for in-rom coffee and tea
