My stay at this Hotel met all my expectations. The only problem was the cold weather during this stay and the lack of heat in the room. It was extremely cold but the housekeeping staff was very helpful with supply of extra robes and blankets to make us comfortable.

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn and I am afraid it may possibly be the last.

I had extreme trouble just trying to find a rubbish bin in the foyer which to me was annoying as I had to walk around for quite a while looking before finally asking a staff member where one was located.

Staff have been trained well in the area of up selling, Mac Donalds would be proud. While in the restaurant I asked for some water, they immediately brought me an open bottle of Evian, at $50 Hong Kong this is good for business, but I just wanted regular water that is given as part of the normal service.

Location is brilliant and as for value for money I felt it was over priced, but that is just my opinion and others will think it the prices are great.

On the positive side staff were helpful whenever I had to ask a question and I have no complaints in this area.

The staff was good, seemed pleasant and helpful. Once you get out of the lobby area and into the hallways to your rooms, the mood is pretty dark as the hotel has poor lighting, dirty looking carpets and an overall "damp" feel. The room was very humid, the comforter and sheets were slightly damp feeling... kind of weird. The internet charges are terrible, we had two computers and charged for two connections... most hotels (even the Sheraton down the street) allow as many different computers as needed... just charging the room for one connection... for the difference, I will stay in a more suitable "business" hotel.

Excellent location, reasonably good accommodation and very good customer service. The view from my room was not particularly attractive.

This was my first trip to Hong Kong and also my first trip alone, this hotel was perfect as they looked after you, you had a great room, it was well sited for public transport and for great local walks. There were lots of amenities on site, great if you were not feeling too adventurous on the eating out front.
The upgrade was good value with drinks and snacks provided in the evening to start off your night in a relaxed and friendly way.
Great. A bit expensive but worth it, loved the pool too.

Very good service and very nice hotel. the only thing i would complain about is the cost of using the hotel internet computers. It was very nice to come back to from the street. Very comfotable and very clean

could have a wider choice of food for vegetarians could have better lighting

Pls. give the special discount to the guests, wants to stay 2nd time in your hotel.

I am going to oyour hotel more than 10 years, but never have some special facilities, as last time I have to pay for late check out, as you see next Sep 30 my husband just reserve in your hotel, because for us have a good location, this time I also see your Cafe Viena is not so good as always

computer connection should be free.. generally a decent room, although a little small.

You will see us again, it was all FIRST CLASS. Also your restaurant was excellent.!!!!!!!!

its total business trip so we will not suggest for the tourist. check in very bad experience when our rooms are confirmed.

Why Holliday Inn having charge for internet connection. Internet connection is everyday use facility and all hotel in neighbouring city like beijing and shanghai is free. I'll ask My friend with the other hotel internet latter.

Air condition could not be controlled well so we had to turn off !

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room was very well appointed. We were very pleased to be shown to our room by the reception staff.
