Our stay was excellent due to the quality of the hotel and the very efficient staff.

We have a great stay at holiday inn during our business trip. The location is accessible by MTR and airport express shuttle pick up. Despite limited time for shopping, we were able to accomplish our shopping list because of accessibity of shops nearby.

The staffs are very friendly & helpful. The hotel were surrounded by shopping complex. The food are so nice which we had our buffet lunch at Bistro on the Mile (1st floor). We really enjoy staying at this hotel & for sure we will stay again in the future.. Wish to be there again soon.. It's worth for u who wants to have a nice & great Holidays. Requested a non smoking room when booking was made, on date of arrival no non smoking rooms were available. Bedroom passages very musty and full of smoke.

The price per night was in excess of $200.00 US$ per night for a room in a hotel that I would expect to pay $79.00 US$ for the equivalent. The hotel is currently overpriced. The location right on Nathan Road close to to the ferry terminals is very convenient. The staff was there and the desk staff was helpful.

I found the hotel staff to be very helpfull and coutious in every aspect of our stay, any request they carried out as if we were the only people that mattered at that time, I also noted that all guests were treated with the utmost respect. The hotel was very well presented clean the bathroom linen, soaps, shampoo, and all the little items were plentifull and of good quality. The service of storing baggage and offering the gym bathroom to shower and change clothes for those guests with late departure times is fantastic,overall a very enjoyable stay, I will return, and highly recomend as a great hotel. Happy hour was very good, indeed. The food,drinks and not least the staff were excellent. An elderly waiter almost adopted my wife and myself in a friendly and professional way - thank you.

The last time I stayed at this hotel was more than ten years ago. At that time I was more on a business trip. This time I was more on leisure and the hotel met my expectations. The location is the plus as it is located right in the centre of everything: the MTR, ferry terminal and my wife's favourite-shopping. As a Muslim, it is very convenient to find Halal food around the vicinity of the hotel.
One drawback however there are lots of 'salespersons' who would approach you as you enter Nathan Road. This however is not the fault of the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who want to go to Hong Kong.

Good location, convenient to MTR and shopping and dining. Too many hawkers and unemployed middle easterners hanging around the entrance and annoying guests trying to enter or exit the hotel. More attention should be paid to keeping the entrance clear of trash.
