1. The pillows were too flat. 2. The hotel shuttle bus did not run at 4 pm as scheduled, the reason given was that there would be traffic jam. The next scheduled time was 8 pm. In the end, we decided to drive to the Sunway pyramid. There was no traffic jam and we took less than 10 minutes to reach Sunway Pyramid.

My husband, daughter and myself are frequent visitor to KL. Holiday Inn Glenmarie is one of our favourite choice of hotel whenever we want to stay outside the city. It has a relax almost resort sort of feel. Rooms have view of the golf course, clean, tastefully and practically designed with comfortable beds. Choices of food are rather limited but the Japanese restaurant is good. It will be nice if there's a speciality restaurant - french, spanish or italian. Staff are always courteous and ready to help with a smile......truly Malaysian!

The people here are very good and helpful The Internet charges are outrageous .since I was staying for four weeks the cost would hav been over 2000 ringetts I had paid in advance otherwise I would have checked out after day one I had two days of stress and hassle involving a trip into Central K L to get an alternative solution which I did at a cost for the four weeks of 60 ringetts for the whole period Competitive hotels charge similar rates but give wifi free in the lobby or supply a few computers free in the lobby In this hotel it is much cheaper to take the complimentary bus to the shops and have coffee in Starbucks where wifi is free Reasonsble value if you do not use the Internet otherwise expensive I returned for another four week stay because I had found the wifi solution .The golf is irrisistable

I had been to many business establishments in Malaysia and was always disheartened by the dismay attitude of their staff, which I think is due to the low-wages scheme commonly adopted by the local employers. Recent trip to Bangkok had further put us to shame in respect to service standard. However I was pretty surprised, pleasantly, that the staff at your hotel (Glenmarie) offered up-to-mark srevice. They even proposed extras like overnight valet parking and room upgrade. The only little flaw was that I didn't get the Star newspaper as requested the next morning,but was given NST instead. Anyway, good experience and shall be back more often.

Good Hotel on very large golf course

We stayed there for just 1 night, and hope to be able to spend more nights there. The room was cosy and love the pillows as there were indication (soft & firm) which is not available in any other hotels we've been to.

Ordered Room Service - food not tasty enough and egg not properly cooked. Cutleries must be cleaner. The order was not fulfilled completely.

Everything was fine except the toilet bowl was making some noises after flushing.

It is dificult to locate the hotel as it is within the industrial area.
