I was very pleased with the hotel. The check-in and out was fast and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and lovely and cool.
I had the best sleep; the bed was so comfortable. (The pillow menu was a nice touch.)

What a great location. I will stay at Holiday Inn again.

Did it meat our expectations and needs? Yes it did. We had a great night and including the breakfast was an added bonus. We will definately stay here again.

The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. We had excellent service on 2 occassions from housekeeping and maintenance. The cooked breakfasts were an extra charge but were plentiful and well received. We found the location of the hotel was well suited to our needs and the help with directions to the trams etc. excellent from your front line staff. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room a bit on the smaller side, but ok, modern furniture, clean. Bathroom looking a bit old, bathtub not very clean.

Due to the Commonwealth Games we were charged more than normal on two of the four nights. Otherwise, the normal rates were good. Of the eight hotels, I believe you were the only hotel that offered "feather pillows" and I thank you.

Desk staff were excellent and arrival was made plesent by a greeting by cheerfull and happy staff. Needed two arm chairs for.5th floor room gave us a plesant view and we enjoyed our stay
