The check-in and out was fast and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and lovely and cool. I had the best sleep; the bed was so comfortable. (The pillow menu was a nice touch.) What a great location. I will stay at Holiday Inn again.

Yes it did. We had a great night and including the breakfast was an added bonus. We will definately stay here again.

We had excellent service on 2 occassions from housekeeping and maintenance. The cooked breakfasts were an extra charge but were plentiful and well received. We found the location of the hotel was well suited to our needs and the help with directions to the trams etc. excellent from your front line staff. Excellent breakfast. Room a bit on the smaller side, but ok, modern furniture, clean. Bathroom looking a bit old, bathtub not very clean.
