We were treated with respect and efficiency during a very busy weekend. All staff with whom we had contact were most helpful and courteous and services over all were very good.

Please keep an eye on the milk, there was some that were sour when we tried it.

overall experience was good, staff was friendly and helpful. only complaint i have is that the pool and hot tub were cold to the point of being to uncomfortable to go into.

Staff were excellent being both courteous and helpful.
The room was a nice size although the bathroom with the toilet and tub was on the small size.
The room also did not have any type of table, only the desk. A fridge also would have been a nice amenity as we were in the city for a medical appointment and were not necessarily wanting to go out for meals.
The bed itself was comfortable and having different types of pillows was great.

I booked this Hotel online for a weekend shopping trip I was taking with 2 friends. We were able to find the location easily, and had no problems getting our room.

Overall, it was a very nice, clean hotel, the housekeeping was very efficient, and the location was great for our shopping needs! The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was definitely satisfactory, and even though we never used the pool facilities, I would certainly consider bringing my family there for a stay in the city.

I have no hesitation recommending The Holiday Inn Express to anyone!
