The room was a nice size although the bathroom with the toilet and tub was on the small size. The room also did not have any type of table, only the desk. A fridge also would have been a nice amenity as we were in the city for a medical appointment and were not necessarily wanting to go out for meals. The bed itself was comfortable and having different types of pillows was great.

We were able to find the location easily, and had no problems getting our room. Overall, it was a very nice, clean hotel, the housekeeping was very efficient, and the location was great for our shopping needs! The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was definitely satisfactory, and even though we never used the pool facilities, I would certainly consider bringing my family there for a stay in the city. I have no hesitation recommending The Holiday Inn Express to anyone!
