Our first impressing was very friendly and go out of there way to up grade us to a nicer room. Each time that we left the building we noticed they were always cleaning the front entrance from wet snow. We would for sure stay again!

We checked in late and were promptly served. The staff were always curtious and helpful. I had booked the room online and it seemed a little expensive, but since we had stayed there before we knew what we were getting. We needed a 5th night and got it at a better rate, so I will call them direct the next time to book. Our room was large and very comfortable. We needed a fridge but they were all taken as the hotel was full. I asked at the desk and they said as soon as they had one they would get it to me and so they did. The breakfast was great. We didn't always have a table to sit at because it was so full so we ate in our room for 3 of the days. That was fine. I wanted to bring the tray back and the cleaning staff offered to do that for me. The hotel is in a great location and we will stay there again for sure.
