My flight was delayed so I had to re arrange my booking the staff were very helpful, changing my booking was no trouble for them.

My partner and I stayed an extra night.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel, and would use it again when travelling to Toronto airport.

We were extremely happy with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable...after a long tiresome journey from Europe. Airport transfer and check in very efficient.
The breakfast was excellent...one of the best we've been served. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely revisit this hotel.
