The corner suite view was delightful. I'd love to be able to return with my children on a proper holiday and not for work. I thought there could have been a few more goodies in the mini-bar as we did not use any of the items. Our milk was not replenished on one occasion which was a bit disappointing as we did not have enough for our cuppa tea. However, I thought the service in general was good. Friendly, competent staff. Lovely ambience. It felt good to come back to the hotel room to chill out and relax after a whole day at a long conference, especially a 3-day conference!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. It would've been great to have the lounge outdoor patio open in the mornings to have coffee outside.

The mix up that they didnt book our rooms close to our friends (even though I had emailed this request at the time of booking) was sorted out without too much bother. The room was nice the only thing that really was awful was the shampoo & conditioner.........otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Location was good - easily walk to the ferries and markets.
