Hotel was in excellent location for our conference Room staff were more than helpful Were not very happy with an evening meal

MY SUGGESTION IS THE FRONT RECEPTION SHOULD BE MANAGED WITH MORE DYNAMIC PEOPLE WITH MORE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, B'COS IT IS VERY BUSY PLACE AS WELL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE CLIENTS .

The room was just right for two people, the position for sightseeing was perfect for us, chinatown, paddysmarket, central station, starcity casino by tram and darling harbour where you can catch ferries to main attractions and public transport right at your door including airport shuttles every hour would definitely stay their again.

Great staff, fantasic area a must stay in Sydney wheather on Business or pleasure.

I thought the hotel room was lovely. The corner suite view was delightful. I'd love to be able to return with my children on a proper holiday and not for work. I thought there could have been a few more goodies in the mini-bar as we did not use any of the items. Our milk was not replenished on one occasion which was a bit disappointing as we did not have enough for our cuppa tea. However, I thought the service in general was good. Friendly, competent staff. Lovely ambience. It felt good to come back to the hotel room to chill out and relax after a whole day at a long conference, especially a 3-day conference!

The staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. It would've been great to have the lounge outdoor patio open in the mornings to have coffee outside.

During our stay I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. The mix up that they didnt book our rooms close to our friends (even though I had emailed this request at the time of booking) was sorted out without too much bother.
The room was nice the only thing that really was awful was the shampoo & conditioner.........otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
Location was good - easily walk to the ferries and markets.

Found all the staff polite and very helpful. The location was excellent for us. The room was excellent, could not complain. thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Hotel needs better lighting - room seem a little dinghy - Improved layout and extra lighting will add a lot of ambience.

Good location just the hotel is quite old room too small

$25 per day for parking was excessive. I stayed 5 days and never moved the car. Customers should be allowed to look after ther own car, and fees no more than the adjacent parking station. Bathroom needs renovating and

The resturant it very expensive no wonder each time we visit no one is in there??? Altogether a good stay in excellent position very comfortable bed lots of hot water. It was lovely to have fruit in room but they were apples... very difficult to eat with out knife though!!!!

not bad for the price, but could have been kept a little bit cleaner through the hallways (eg; rubbish and other items left on floor for a few hours etc)

Comments above apply to the second room we were given. Although we requested a non-smoking room and a single double bed, we were given for the first night a smoking twin beded room.

Ideal location. Within walking distance to many places of interest and eateries. Room size a bit small but otherwise well maintained

Only downside was there was no view from window. Room situated at rear of hotel and looked out onto partly enclosed area with brick wall with no windows space for windows but no glass in, quite odd! Items in room fridge were extremely expensive.

disapointed that I couldnt have a drink at 11pm even though I was a resident. Had to go out to another bar.
