Nice clean, well position hotel. Offering all you could expect from a reasonably price hotel. An increase in the temperature of the Breakfast food would be welcome though.

Staff very courteous and efficient. Hotel is walking distance to the square, the mall and bus station. Could not improve on this central city location. We were on the 7 th floor with views to snow capped mountains. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service at reception / porter / concierge was very average. room housekeeping services were excellent. room comfort and size was excellent. not the place for romance but definitely for a good weekender / business trip / stop over.

It is a perfect place to stay near the city centre. You don`t need a car for sightseeing because everything is close to the hotel. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitly stay again in this hotel at our next visit.

I cancelled my stay at this hotel 1 week before i was due to stay. I would appreciate getting my money back, or at least an acknowledgement that i did not stay at the hotel and consequently am not really in a postion to comment!
