Nice clean, well position hotel. Offering all you could expect from a reasonably price hotel. An increase in the temperature of the Breakfast food would be welcome though.

Staff very courteous and efficient. Hotel is walking distance to the Square, the Mall and bus station. Could not improve on this central city location. We were on the 7 th floor with views to snow capped mountains. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good service throughout. If you were a poor sleeper the noise from the street below could be a problem.

I had no problem but a little noise came up when the pub opened was in full strength accross the road, but I was young once and that is the way it is.

Would still stay again very happy.

customer service at reception / porter / concierge was very average. room housekeeping services were excellent. room comfort and size was excellent. not the place for romance but definitely for a good weekender / business trip / stop over.

It is a perfect place to stay near the City Centre. You don`t need a car for sightseeing because everything is close to the hotel. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitly stay again in this Hotel at our next visit.

Upon arriving at our hotel, we found it that the rooms, the size of room, size of bed, cleanliness of the hotel is beyond our expectation. We were very please.

The hotel was in a very handy location, however it was very close to quite a few late night opening bar venues, which would be very handy if you were singles out enjoying the night.
This did make the room a little noisy, however that was due to the fact the rugby world cup was on and the all blacks were winning, so even though it kept us awake with the revelling on the streets below, it was to be expected in a rugby mad country.
I suppose if we didn't have an early train the following morning we would of been on the town ourselves.

The staff were quite courteous as we have found everyone to be in New Zealand (even to us Aussies) and everything was just what we were after for our short stay in Christchurch, as we were just passing through, and thought having one day would be just fine, so the location made that possible.

I thought it was a bit much to be charged extra for parking the rental car. Other than that, I was satisfied.

very nosiy at night from nightclub across the road. Phoned down to reception who were friendly but did not offer a quiter room. At 3am the noise ceased.

This hotel is not for Americans who travel abroad to get a cultural experience. Too many other Americans in the lobby for that. Hotel feels like any other franchise hotel in America.

Bath towels need replacing.

Told Nathan during check-in that I would use another credit card to pay the bill. He told me ok , nothing would be charged in this card and during check-out 1 night was already charged in my first credit card which i didn't want any charge! Found Blood stains on the duvet. Took 1h30 for someone to come and change it.
