The internet broadband access at AU$25 was a bit excessive.

Lighting could be improved

Proximity to transit centre a real selling point for us, still an easy walk to CBD/ Queen Street Mall shops, king size bed was super comfortable, spacious corner room excellent value for money.

It would be nice to have a swimming pool. I thought everything was just right, can't find a thing to suggest a change in.

Poor view over the veranda looking at the sattelite dish.

The restaurant in your hotel is very good for food, but a little bit noisy.

The mattress has seen better days , what I call a "meet me in the middle"

Security is a concern. The elevators are open to general public via car park and bars.

Easy to get to with its own off street parking. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks. Well laid out and spacious, especially for a double double

I had some bags missing via in transit which I advised front desk staff about, approximately 3 times. After numerous phone calls to Qantas ascertained that bags had been dropped off to hotel hours before hand..... we stayed in what was called an Executive room - would have hated to seen a 'standard room' - very small rooms!!!
