I had a great time at your hotel. I found everyone to be most helpful and efficient. The reception people were most courteous and the room service people were the same and I was impressed with the standard of meals that was available. Because I was on my own this time, I didn't go down to the restaurant for my evening meals but next time we visit Brisbane I will definitely be booking in with you and going down to the restaurant. I can't fault anything. The location was excellent, especially for a first timer to your city, with the transit centre next door and the close proximity of the Queen St Mall. Our stay in this hotel met our expectations.

The central location makes it very convenient and a real plus for us.

We found the staff particularly helpful and genuinely cheerful and courteous.

Sadly I visited at the time that the jack hammers were digging up the floor at MJs from early in the morning . But it wasnt too bad .Function room for breakfast was fine.

It would be great if Room had bathrobe

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is in the heart of the city, providing easy access to shopping mall & train station. The room is excellent, including everything else provided by the hotel.

Great food in the main restaurant. Convenient car parking. No swimming pool a disappointment Mini bar well stocked. Comfortable bed but would have liked a 'king sized'.

Very spacious with nice views

Even though you can get some good deals we always use the Holiday Inn for convenience and the friendly service. They aways make us feel welcome. We found the rooms to be well stocked and very comfortable. The cleaning lady who restocked our room was very friendly and the check-in people were also very helpful.

Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially at the counter. They got this friendly smile, I was teated like they know me already. Sort of like family re-union type. Room are spic and span clean and bed and linen, towel are so neatly fresh. Sure recommend to my friends.

We appreciated the location close to the Transit Centre. We used the train from the Gold Coast and to the airport. Very spacious and nice room.Best Hotel accomodation during our 8 weeks in Australia this year.
