Very friendly all around. Very good all around but internet far too slow and expensive. Did our internet communication in town.

Layout is a bit confusing. Good options for breakfast. Very nice swimming pool/gym facilities. Comfortable and nice. Very good bathroom.

We have just returned to Switzerland where the chill in the air of some minus 10 degrees reminds us somewhat of the cold impersonal manner exhibited by the evening staff when we arrived. I am afraid we were rather disappointed with the stand-offish and dispassionate manner with which we were "welcomed". Overall ok

Reception service marginal - trainees could have done with considerable more familiarity before facing customers - they even looked uncomfortable being there - and staff were generally too busy to assist them greatly. Pleasing prompt repair of new toilet seat - how many more of your new Italian toilet seats have broken recently !

The loctaion was great as it allowed me to walk to the city centre Everything was fine even the heating most welcome

10 mins walk from the centre of town. Swimming pool is very small.

It was a longish walk to town centre, but that was compensated by the hotel being quiet. The hotel staff were keen to help with any issue we had. My wife and I were made most welcome. Very happy with room and amenities.

In a nice location, overlooking the river & not too far out of town. Good parking but difficult to find, as Oxford Terrace follows the curves of the river

Could be a better range of options on TV.

The bathroom could do with an update, basin chipped and taps hard to turn off

Restaurant and meals excellent quality. Please to have a room with newish, clean carpet (especially as had a crawling infant with us).
