Negatives - Television signal was very poor and the cost of internet was nothing short of ridiculous at MR65 for two hours. Many breakfast items were not kept hot enough. Positives - rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful, pool area was very relaxing and a pleasure, beach activities were excellent and affordable.

The hotel's location on the beach with the water sports is great! The night market with the colourful stalls is another highlight for our stay. It certainly adds to the holiday ambience. The hotel's upcoming Christmas events also gave a lively festive mood. Yes, the staff are courteous and helpful.

The breakfast buffet spread is okay.

I was there for a 2 nights stay with my girlfriend. It was enjoyable for the both of us. It was near to the night market at Batu Feringghi which was quite nice as there was some things that we could do without having to be in the town. Only complaint is that we are unable to request for a late check out time.

The location of the hotel was great - we had the pool and beach in front of us. Plenty of activity on the beach to watch if you don't want to be active yourself! Also plenty of shade as there is a garden area between pool & sea.

We did not see the rooms on the internet before which I would have preferred.
The room was adequate, but a bit tired looking now.

I visited the hotel because of its international branding and I am there for work reason.

the staff was not helpful in assissting me to carry my lugguge. even when i enquire for late check out, they are not friendly to assist me on this or offer to book for me to catch my plane to the airport.

I will have to return to penang for work reason and I am not choosing your hotel for sure.

I changed room from the beach site to the main building, were the rooms are in my opinion are much better.

I was disappointed that the pool closed at 8pm considering we checked in after 8. We had just stayed at a place where there was no time limit on the pool, so it wsas a bit disappointing. It was a nice suprise to wake up with the morning newspaper to read at your leisure.

The staff are quite friendly and professional.

the toilet near the pool was very dirty The hotel rate given by you and that charged by the hotl are significanty different. It was not RM 200 as advertised.

Corridor had a musty smell

The gym facility was small and most of equipment outdated or not in working order.
