The hotel location was great ,very convenience and was excellent value of money. However the room door and cabinets should do some touch up since looks quite old . The control panel in room 212 is not functioning, my kids claimed they were not able to control the level of air-condition. However, I would still recommend this hotel to my friends. My wife will probably stay in your hotel again during this weekend with her family, I hope you will assign better rooms for her.

THE VERY START, MY ARRIVAL WAS INDEED FANTASTIC. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND MOST HELPFUL. IT MADE MY STAY COMFORTAFUL TO THE POINT OF DELIGHT.CONGRATUALATIONS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO TALK TO FRIENDS ABOUT THIS HOTEL.

I love this hotel. its such a nice place,very peaceful & I am please to stay here again next time if I got work near the area or maybe I'll come to stay for relaxing or leisure.The location is good & its near to my work place. The service & everything are very good.

I got a very good service from staff . The front office staff were very sincere in taking my request. Me and My fiance Enjoyed our Leisure holiday within the heart of the city. I will DEFINITELY Come again and bring more friends. Location is near Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid Shopping. All under one roof.

The hotel belldesk indian uncle is friendly and nice, very helpful. Check in and check out need to wait very long time to process, inefficient service. old facilities and the room got a smell.

If you are driving and your business or meetings are scheduled around PJ/ShahAlam/Kelang area. It is a great hotel to stay. It is away from heavy traffic and a short drive to Sunway Lagoon, Pyramic, Emoire, Subang Parade etc... The hotel has a nice swimming pool and the room over looking the lake is great! Moderate price for the location and amenities.

During our stay there was construction going on below us with incessant drlling and banging, which was very unpleasant. The work continued until 9pm on New Year's Eve as well as on New Year's Day. Management should really look into this.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay except it was very noisy due to some on-going renovation works at the same floor which was rather irritating and disturbing to us.

The hotel staff provided very good service, and were very attentive. The hotel is a bit run down, and we hope that the renovation that is going on shall improve the outlook and cleanliness of the environment.

The hotel is majestic. Very large room with pantry washing area and big baothroom. However, coffee cups needs to be changed. Unfortunately we are not able to enjoy the Big swimming pool due to bad weather. The children playroom is not very attractive as the things there looks dirty. Very good spread of international buffer breakfast. Its value to money as a whole.
