Everything according expectations.Great breakfast especially coffe is good. The personal is very helpful with booking tables in other places. Good bar to stay after work !

Holiday Inn Pudong is truly in middle of nowhere.
Almost no shops and restaurants are around.
What makes it worse is that the hotel doesn't provide any buffet dinner.
Anyway, there is a metro line 6 within walking distance from the hotel.
Not recommended for holiday seekers in Shanghai.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are excellent the showers provide a great refreshing shower and the beds are clean and comfortable.
The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and the food is excellent.
My compliments to the freindly staff at the bell stand.

The hotel has a good location with easy access via a taxi or even public transport, just a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop on Don Fang Road. Overall, this is a good hotel with the possibility to get a non-smoking room after my agent from HolidayCity made an effort to call and email the hotel to secure it. I may still choose to stay there in view of the responsiveness of the hotel and reservation agents to ensure a non-smoking room before my departure from Singapore.

The hotel met my expectations

The position of the hotel is very good, just a short taxi trip to the shops and riverside.
There are restaurants and a supermarket just across the road from the hotel, very convenient.
We didn't eat in the hotel, this was due to our busy schedule in Shanghai, but the restaurant looked impressive.
The hotel was spacious and clean as were the rooms, the price of the rooms was just right for this type of hotel, not too expensive.
I would definately stay at the holiday Inn Pudong again and would recommend it to my freinds.
