we are very pleased with the hotel the lcation is very good close to shops, beach, transport and restaurants. we enoy our stay there.

there is a carnie not far from the hotel, i could hear people screaming at night. the other hotel, which is about 200m far away don't have this kind of problem. so try to ask for the south part of the hotel room, that could get rid of those noisy sound...

I found the Holiday Inn (surfers paradise) great for a short holiday. The location is good, walking distance to everything in surfers and a short drive to theme parks. The room was always cleaned well and provided everything for a comfortable stay (plenty of towels, good kettle, tv etc). The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked quickly. The outside pool could have been a bit warmer.

On arrival we had to change rooms as we were allocated a room with 2 double beds not a kingsize as requested. (as stated at the time of booking I am 6ft 3inch tall) The bathroom sink was blocked and required maintenance.

2 lifts for parking a pain Pillows like rocks!

Not too well located during the Indy racing (unless you like the racing) Recently Refurbished and superbly done

being a frequent customer of the ANA I have not appreciated the works period but staff (well known in the restaurant) was enjoy and efficient. room confortable but noisy due to doors lockers which create hard slam on each entry or coming out of customers and all day and night long

Lovely view, very quiet even though lots of traffic.

Cleanniness is definitely one of the area they could improve. eg. tea spoon was not even cleaned, there were moulds on it.

Lounge should be made more lively. A side Bar will probably help. Very scenic view from balcony

Had an amazing time, Servie was tremendous, checked in late but as a gesture we had free drinks on the Hotel
