I have actually fillled in already the form before i checked out last Saturday, 26/6/2010. It is supposed to be an overnight stay (24-25/6/2010)but since i enjoyed the comfort of the hotel ambience and facilities (sauna and steam bath) so then i decided to stay for another night. The hotel staff are very accomodating (especially Lani at the reception area when my mobile was almost drained, she lend her personal mobile charger to me), the housekeeping staff are attentive as well. Suggestively, it would have been better if you have a dvd player in the room as well as a small microwave in the sink area. Apart from the suggested items which seems to be lacking in the room; in totality; i can vouch that the hotel services and comfortability is perfect.

This hotel is great value for the price. Its a good central location if you need to be in and around Sharjah.

This is my third experience with this hotel, and every time they meet my expectations. the hotel location is very good and staff know what they are doing. the breakfast was very good and room service excellent. however, the swimming pool location and facilites are poor.

Hotel staff were excellent,however,they didn`t have anyone to pick us up at Dubai airport as per our prearrangement, nor did they have a room for us as they said we had been booked a day later. This was not true of course as we had the reservation booking.....they did find us a room after much arguing over the phone which was quite unnecessary. The food was really ordinary & boring. Internet facilities were limited as they need to upgrade their systems dramatically. Wouldn`t stay there again as Sharjah is too far from Dubai & the traffic is horrendous....would stay in Bur Dubai or Deira Creek next visit.
They also caused us to miss our flight out by not organising a taxi when we asked for it....apparently someone forgot to tell Imran to order one. This cost us another $400.00 to stay at the Majestic Hotel in Dubai & caused me to miss a day of my conference in Singapore.
So, other than a really nice suite at the top floor, the rest was really ordinary......pity really, as the staff are pleasant.
