Die Abluft im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. However we were very disappointed with the hotel bar. The service and the range of drinks and food left a lot to be desired. On one occassion we were served a COLD bottle of RED wine, which tasted musty!! The evening we decided to dine in the hotel, we were told that as a result of ongoing adjustments to the menu, no hot food would be available: we had to eat elsewhere that night. On another occassion we were told that we could not order cocktails because the barman was not on duty-yet there were 2 members of staff behind the bar! It seems to us that anything which required the smallest amount of effort was not on offer. This was a very disappointing aspect of our stay. kept very clean throughout our stay
