I have slept a lot of times in this hotel. I have had no problems. But the last time the second room in suite 501 was not OK. I had asked two times during the day to fit the bed in the second room. when we arrived at 24.00 hrs the bed was not OK. We have to change to another room. The stagiaire of desk had helped us very well. There was no roomservice to organize this. The day after we went back tot room 501. We have received a box with sweeties. Regards Wim

We enjoyed our stay at the HolidayInn and its location was perfect for our visit to the exhibition at the Grande Halle, which is directly opposite.

Although the room price was very reasonable we thought the cost of drinks in the bar was excessive and this was reflected in the small number of people using it.

The restaurant was also very quiet, although we thought the food and service were good and the prices fair.

The hotel's underground car park was very convenient and secure although at 25 Euros a day a little expensive.

All things considered we thought the hotel offered a good
standard of accommodation and service and we would stay there again.

Although very clean, the workout facility was tiny, lacked enough equipment and extremely hard to find. for over $280USD a night I expected a lot more from a hotel that lists itself as 4 star. The bathroom lights didn't work and where not fixed durring our stay. Simple things like a coffee maker in the room would have been greatly appritiated.
