It was unusual to find out that the price didn't include breakfast and I had to pay additional charges at the time of checkout for the breakfast. There was lack of basic utilities such as tea making. I had to wash the same cups every day myself and they were not replaced.

This was the best hotel that we stayed at during our trip to France. The staff was very hospitable, unlike other places we stayed at. Great bathroom.

The airport shuttle was very poor. I waited about 25 minutes at the shuttle stop on arrival which was ok. On the day of departure I waited about 40 minutes for the shuttle and when it arrived it was so overcrowded some passengers had to stand. It then took over 45 minutes to reach the required terminal, having visited every other terminal at the airport - about 7 of them. It is not acceptable to have 1.5 hours between checking out of the hotel and arriving at the terminal.

THE WI-FI SHOULD BE FREE FOR THE HOTEL GUESTS AS IT IS A 4 STAR HOTEL. THERE SHOULD BE MORE LIGHTS IN THE ROOM.
