Manager was excellent in terms of customer service.

One of us went downstairs to buy breakfast and found out too late that we all could have eaten as part of our room reservation. It was too late for the rest of us to go down for breakfast.

There was lack of basic utilities such as tea making. I had to wash the same cups every day myself and they were not replaced.
