We arrived at the hotel to be near the airport for an early morning airport departure after a long day of travel. It was a delight to be in such a serene, clean and welcoming hotel. The amenities were great and the staff helpful and polite. It was easy transport via shuttle to and from CDG. The restaurant was also very good. We highly recommend it.

We travel to Paris once or twice each year in connection with our business Six Cottages In France. We often need to stay at Charles de Gaulle Airport. so as to be ready for a flight out to Australia. The hotel we found to be perfectly comfortably. However the hotel does definitely need a dedicated shuttle service, as the shared shuttle offered is hopelessly overcrowded. The restaurant only offers a limited menu for the evening meal , and this is expensive. The breakfast however is excellent and good value. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for the dollar. The restaurant service was slow, food was adequate, did not like my meal served on wood cutting board. We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, knowing we would have to take a cab as the scuttle did not start until 5AM. The cost of the 5 minute ride to the airport that we shared with another couple was close to 35 Euros. We had been told by the receptionist it would be about 25 Euros, hence the shared cab. The driver stated because of luggage and four people he charged more. Only one cab was called for three couple. The third couple had to wait until the driver returned from dropping us off. We felt we had been taken advantage of. We could have stayed in Paris and taken a cab in the morning for the same price as the cab and RER cost.

Making a reservation for this hotel was a simple process on the internet. On arrival at the hotel we were cheerfully greeted by the receptionist who immediately gave us an upgrade to the room we had booked. Dinner in the restaurant although slightly expensive was excellent! The hotel is very conveniently located at the airport yet provides ready access to the centre of Paris via the free hotel shuttle and the train. Throughout our stay the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and most helpful. We would cheerfully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris regardless of the reason for their visit!

The hotel is ideally suited to the exhibition halls nearby and the bus service is excellent. Being nearby the Roissy area there are several good restaurants and the shuttle service provided by the hotel is very good. Staff very helpful and a good experience all round.

The hotel is convenient for CDG airport, which is why we booked it. Not convenient obviously for sightseeing in Paris. The shuttle service was good. No problems with anything.

The staff ranged from good to excellent. All were polite, helpful and friendly. Front Desk staff made us feel comfortable. Thanks, Bruce

When I refering Hotel facilities I mean that some of the services when I went there did not be available for use.

For instance, these are a couple of comments on your hotel:

The hotel people have always shown willingness for collaboration and maintained an attitude of commitment and identity with the hotel.

Other things regarding the hotel are for instance: The set of items was not enough to bath the hotel category. The shower cap, body lotion, cleaning the nail kid, no disposable slippers and there was no service of fridge for use in room.

Busines room in order to take internet connection at the lobby is a very small please. Moreover I could not find the way to print few documents like a maps or other things. Just 1 computer to check Internet is no enough, specially when you are going in leisure trip that is when I want not to use to much bags or luggages and less being pendent of the computer for safety.

The other thing was the Sauna. It was not available netiher.

The hotel is very good when you don't like to stay very close of the noise because Paris is noisy. Holiday inn close to the hotel is close to Paris, is easy area and the noise does not exist.

You coudl take the possibilities to make a convenium with Disnyland Park to sell the tickest from the Hotel. Thus is doing by Novotel hotels.

The breakfast was very good. Nevertheless you should change the dispenser of Cereal because is very short when you try to put the cups, the orange juice is not available as quick as the demand ask it and also I saw that the tables to 4 people that are most commun groups are not enought being tables for 8 people organized there.

The Bar was simply perfect, the attention, the cleanliness etc.

Finally I would like recommend at the entrance of the hotel, adopt something like a desinfectant are when the people use the hand gel in order to contribute against the swin flu.

Wonderful location to wait for your flight from CDG airport. It has everything you need.

Firstly your hotel location is good, hotels shatle service is perfect,Your room is very peace and quite, but you should put all rooms slipper besides why don't you put minibar in the room. However internet access should be free ( not 1 hour free ). You can give the code about free access internet for 3 days min. ( i've seen another countrys hohels do for this.)

Staff were very friendly and accommodating despite the late arrival of our flight.

This was a pleasent surprise. I did not expect such a high standard for that low price.

Staff was courteous; room was ready upon arrival; had some problems with room (squeaky door, bad AC) but reeived some compensation. Manager was excellent in terms of customer service.

We were told at the time of the reservation and again when we checked in that breakfast would not be included. One of us went downstairs to buy breakfast and found out too late that we all could have eaten as part of our room reservation. It was too late for the rest of us to go down for breakfast.
