The staff was helpful and seemed focused on customers. I loved the fresh fruit on the counter but wish there was coffee in the lobby for guests. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We will come back soon.

When I did the check in, some beautiful blonde girl asked me to do a deposit, and I did it, I gave her $960 canadian dollars, and I told her that my deposit will be for $950 canadian dollars, and it never returns my $10 dolars to me. It gave pain me and I did not request them.

- did not have breakfast because too many people waiting in line for a table, and I wouldn't of had time to get to my traiing on time - lost some precious time waiting for the valet to give me my car, would of preffered to be told where my car was and for me to go and pick it up - this means that we have to get up really early in order to have breakfast and have our car - room was excellent, good service, gym/pool excellent - extra blanket in the room would of been appreciated - house coat to get to the pool would of been appreciated instead - appreciated the little bistro across the restaurant - very well located - appreciated my stay

We found this to be a central location for our stay.

Although, there was an "issue" this trip, management quickly and efficiently corrected. Have stayed 5 yrs during Jazz Festival...excellent location and adequate accomodations.

I liked the hotel accommodation. Itis located perfectly in the center of city. So for the very short time I managed to do the business inside the hotel, to participate at hte company Conference and in the evening to have a chance to walk around. I liked the restaurant downstaires, we had a business lunch there. The atmosphere was very friendly starting from the beginning when we were welcomed by the garage guy. We liked the service when we don't need to find a parking space, but the hotel staff does it for you.
