The Staff is very freindly esp Ms Qyness, she is very helpful. This hotel should highly recommended

Hotel location is convenient but not easy to find out the entrance because of the side board is confusing. Besides, the room price is too high. I have to pay MYR298++ but not included breakfast and the reason provided by receptionist was "I booked through website (Holiday City website), so not included". I have feel disappointed on this reason.

One more things i need to advise that the car park is feel unsafety at lately evening and early morning due to reason lighting. I have advise "pls swith on / extra light at car park, DONT SAVE THIS MONEY" because the environment is feeling on UNSAFETY. As you know that business man and tourist like us, SAFETY is very very important.

1. The pillows are too soft - doesn't provide good head support
2. Beaverages are provided but no teaspoon to stir the coffee/drinks
3. The direction sign at the junction of of the highway is misleading. If you turn in the direction of the arrow you end up lost somewhere under the flyerover/beach. Something is not right, a different direction sign should be installed at the corner of Mahkota Hotel.
