ME AND MY FRIENDS ENJOYED OUR STAY IN HOLIDAY INN MELAKA. THE AMBIENCE WAS SO NICE AND ALSO THE SEA VIEW.NEVERTHELESS, I WILL BE VISITING MELAKA SOON AND WILL BE STAYING THERE WITH MY GROUPS OF FRIENDS AGAIN.

Excellent service, staff always friendly and willing to help. Room size great in comparison to a lot of hotels our family has stayed at. Great ocean views. Pool closure at 7:00pm - should be later, at least 10:00pm. Cafe & bar at pool area would be ideal, looking out at the ocean!!! Great gym. Will definately stay again.

I think the location of this hotel is very convenient...because it is very near to historical places, malls, and Jonker walk; just walking distance away..i remember when we arrived there,, the receptionist gave us an extremely cute and easy to understand map, which is very helpful for us, foreign visitors.

because the hotel is newly built,, for me,, the cleanliness is great...the room itself is very comfortable. i remembered the staff are very kind and helpful.

if i have the chance to visit Melaka again, i will definitely stay in Holiday Inn Hotel.

This is very nice, clean, safe and modern hotel. I really enjoyed stay at Holiday Inn Melaka during my holiday. One thing I need to highlight is you need to request for the shower cap and it would not provide automatically.

The stay in Holiday Inn is good but I feel that guests should be inform if there is any promotion for credit card holders so that we can enjoy the promotion.

Tea Tree Spa should give the 20% discount to all Holiday Inn Guests instead of certain credit/master
card holders.

Other than that, our stay there is very relaxing and enjoyable. The Tea Tree Spa's service is good.

We will definitely go there again & also encourage our
relatives and friends to try their stay in Holiday Inn.

The room and toilet were very clean and the view of the city was interesting to see, especially at night. The hotel has an infinity pool which was very nice and a wading pool which was perfect for our needs. Amazingly, the old buildings around downtown house some very modern malls with tons of shops and eateries. All in all it was good value for what you get.

The lady staff that attended to us at the reception was very helpful. Hotel is new and conveniently located near eating and shopping places. However, crossing the road is a hazard. Need to do something about it. Suggest more frequent shuttle eg hourly esp to the shopping malls since the road is so hard to cross. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety.

Upon arrival I was given the room which more or less expected for - sea view.

I ordered food from the restaurant to my room. Very prompt and fast. Quality of F&B recommended for. Price very reasonable.

Hotel location is so much convenient to everybody such as surrounded by Shopping mall, food palace and entertainment.

Strongly recommend and keep up!!!
