OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE MONEY PAID AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.

The surrounding do fits us for the stay. Example: shopping centres are located in a walking distances and variety of foods and furthermore, a jetty nearby with build in karaok. Only thing I want to bring up is that, do request for a king size bed but actaul was just a queen size. Correct me if I am wrong as the room I stayed was 411. But anyway, I enioy this trip. Thanks

My stay in this hotel is generally meet my expectation with only few exception. The room, the swimming pool, the view just great. If there is a dissatisfaction, It is mainly because of the way front desk staff greet and talk to me. I think it may be 1 personnel attitude (I hope). He simply very straight forward and not friendly at all. He explain to me the reason why I cannot use my Priotity Card if I book through HolidayCity, I can only have 1 room for late check out and how I can get the transport to a place in the city. I get the explanation but not with good impression. I booked a 3 hrs city tour in a tour desk at the lobby. That's tour is another nightmare as the tour guide (i think he is only a driver) very unknowlegeable, he even cannot give us the suggestion where to go and how long we can stay in one location... It was the worst city tour in my whole life experience. But I understand this tour agent is probably not part of hotel management responsibility. I would still recommend the hotel to my friend but definitely not the tour agent in the lobby. Other than the above, everything else just good.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was pleasant as the room was clean and the staff were courteous. The staff promptly replaced the faulty kettle that was in our room when notified about the matter. Check out was done efficiently and swiftly unlike other hotels where I had to wait for at least 30 minutes for front office to process check out. I will recommend my friends to stay at Holiday Inn too.

I must say i was more than surprised with the actual scenery and photos as compared to the ones from the internet. The rooms were clean, amenities were within walking distance and the scenery was nice. Staff was polite and attentive and the security was apmle. My family enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to another stopover in Dec

I check on 5/6 and on 6/6 i left the room very late around 2pm. I did not put up any notice to inform the room service staff to clean up my room. I left my 2 rings, some cash and my laptoop on the table. When i came back around 7pm i notice the room service staff already clean up my room and what surprise me was all my valuable things was there. This has given me very good impression about your hotel and your staff.

I checked in at 10 am because i had to attend a function to attend and would only be able to return to the hotel in the evening. After settling the check in, we left the hotel and returned only at 7 pm. When we checked in in the morning, we told the reception that we required the extra bed and also paid for it. When we returned at 7pm and went in to the room, there was no extra bed in the room.... so i called the reception again and the told us that they would send the extra bed... we left the room for dinner and came back nearly 10 pm and still there was no extra bed. i called the reception and demanded to speak to the manager..... after speaking to the manager...then the extra bed arrive.... hope that you could at least improve ur service.

Holiday Inn is my only choice when we visit Malacca. The location is convenient and the staffs are very friendly. They provide free shuttle to jonker walk and shopping. The only disadvantage is such a big hotel and they only have limited shuttle for weekend so u got to reserve it early. Overall, it is a nice hotel but the prices are getting more and more expensive.

Staff were very courteous - happy with them and their services. Room service (for food order) was rather slow. Hotel location is OK, crossing the highway to go to the shopping malls a bit of a issue. Food quality was good. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The staff are very polite & helpful. My family liked the food served by the hotel, worth the money that we spent.

This is our second time stying in the hotel. We like i t as it is a cosy and comfortable hotel. Now with diney channel, my kids love it. However, we find crossing the road to get to the shopping area is a big headache. The cars are travelling rather fast and it is very dangerous to cross. Hopefully something can be done to provide safety to all of us especially when we have small children.

The hotel is within walking distance to shopping malls and faces a panoramic view of the Malacca Straits.

We stayed in a room with a sea view, and my family really liked the view. My children are very particular about hotel rooms (to them, the most interesting things about a holiday are the flight and the hotel), and they liked the rooms in this hotel, for the view, cleanliness and size. Hotel is also close to shopping like Makota Parade, Carrfour, etc. It's also only a 15-20 mins walk to attractions and the popular Jonker Street.

It is realyy dissapointed to say that with the room rate RM365++(service tax & gov tax) the hotel did not provide buffet breakfast. Other than that everything is good.

I stayed with my family and we enjoyed all that the hotel provided us. They even had good security services at the car parks and all the areas around the hotel. The staff were kind enough to give us all the assistance we asked for and even for directions to tourists sites and places. Overall, we had a good safe and enjoyable stay.

The location is definitely strategic for any tourist spots or shopping area, such as the newly revamped Mahkota Parade area, near to Bandar Hilir, Jonker Street etc. A great hotel stay for leisure. Swimming pool is nice! Nevertheless, the baby cot could be improved upon.

All the services were good and no regret. I shall come again when time permits.

Frankly, I dun have much to comment besides the toilet floor need to be clean more throughly. I don't see why guest need to pay for internet usage. These are basic comunication requirements and most food outlets and shopping arena were already providing it for free. Takeaway breakfast should be an option for a more private and delay breakfast choice. Lastly, a more passionate staff who put up smile and make guest find it fruitfull to be around with. I shall be back again because I find it peaceful and its like home in Holiday Inn Malacca. Cheers! Happy New year to all your staff...esp your breakfast crew!

This hotel is in a good location and very convenience,the breakfast is a lot of choice and tasty.
