We found our stay in the Holiday in to be very enjoyable. Room was spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was situated conveniently-- we walked to casinos and also to the Portugese part of the city. We also ate in the casino eatery which was very cheap and good food. We would recommend Holiday Inn to our friends.

Th elocation is great, just on the main road, 10 mins from SANDS CASINO and 5 mins from LISBOA CASINO, Hotel Casino was poor, no poker etc. Room was big and great, the shower is not exactly what i expected.

Noticed that there are free access for the public to the hotel reception area and a horse racing counter next to it.May not be goood idea for family planning to stay here. Could have better lighting

Everything is okay but some of the hotel staffs cannot speak English so it's difficult to communicate. The room is quite good but the rest room floor and the bath tub are not good.

Staff service was wonderful with excellent attention to detail and very friendly Wonderful Duvet best I've ever found - infact would have like to fit it m suitcase!

We were a little dissapointed that the casino only had card games and not roulette etc The only comment we could make was that the bathroom was a little tired but otherwise we were very happy with the room

They where finishing remolding but it still was vary nice place to stay The shower head in the bathroom suck it waist to much water and could be nicer
