In general, I've always enjoyed my stays at the H.I. Galerias because of: 1) Good Location- in the Ortigas Center area where there are at least 4 malls within walking distance for shopping, restaurants, movies, and meeting places, etc. Accessible public transportation- metro train, taxis, etc. 2) Good service although on this trip there were some minor inconveniences- ex. broken toilet lever. Provide good amenities like the spa and exercise room with good variety of exercise machines and equipment. 3) Great buffet breakfast which used to be included in the hotel stay costs but was not free this time around for which I was sadly disappointed not realizing till I got there. 4) Have WiFi internet services but you have to pay by the hour or day which I don't understand when you can get free access down stairs in the Robinsons Mall next door. I think Holiday would only enhance customers staying and making the most of their stay at the hotel by making Wifi access free like a lot of businesses do in the area. Satisfied, but always seeing room for improvement customer.

the hotel-location is quite good and the staff efficient, but the interior and facilities of rooms needs a urgent renovation!

the corridor stank of cigarette smoke all week, reception could have and should have been more friendly .was never asked if i had enjoyed my stay or actually reception never said a word except to ask cash or credit . staff should go to work in crown plaza for a week to see how guests should be treated . also they gave out my room key to another guest . also after we got home i found that ye over charged me $5 a day .i will not be back . such a shame for such a good name "holiday inn" it needed a new carpet , found cockroach on first day .wow management sent us up 4 apples. an apology would have been better .

Did not find a 24 hour coffee shop within the hotel. When you travel the time difference keeps you awake in the middle of the night looking for snacks. One chair was wobbly and the lamp shade was slanted needs to be fix. Sofa upholstery needs to be clean.

Internet in room caused problems

Excellent and very courteous overall service (front desk, bell, housekeeping, restaurant, etc).
