We would like to say thank you to all your staff. The porters were very courteous and helpful, the waiting staff at the tables in all the restaurants were excellent and we would like to make special mention of the girl in the Business Section fifth floor, she did many things for us and we were so grateful. Always a smile.
Thank you Beijing and good luck with the Olympics.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance. This was an exceptional hotel for the price. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast included with our room. The room was very nice. We didn't initially receive the room size we had reserved, but we were moved into a larger room. The pool was too cold to swim in comfortably.

The breakfast charges were on the higher side. Like many other similar hotel, breakfast was not free. Although we requested a non-smoking room, what we got was a smoking room. The air smelt of smoke. Otherwise the room was comfortable
