The Staff were exellent very helpful.Room service breakfast was on time and good value for money as well as being delicious.
My only adverse comment, we were unable to get Room service to answer the telephone at 10.45 pm to get either a meal or snack.
The smoke detector in the room had had a plastic bag taped over it.
Overall ,once again,we enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recomending the hotel

Holiday Inn Burswood

Overall, the rooms are great for short stays and location to the casino and Burswood dome fantastic, we had to pay $5 to use the Burswood spa which was a dissapointment, and as usual the casino security staff were difficult to deal with. I have stayed here 4 times this year and every time one of our party can not get in. But overall the hotel is very good.
