Sometimes extremely good, sometimes they do not know anything. For example, I called them from the Ferry terminal and one of them told me that I have to my own taxi from terminal to the hotel.

The room entry card was not programmed. Had to make an extra trip to get the card done. Notice other guests have the same problem. The water was extremely slow flowing. There was no shower cap provided.
