However, i must say, the staff there are all very friendly with smiles and greetings. They are also very helpful, when i actually requested for medicine due to food poisoning. It was delivered to the hotel room immediately. Upon arrival, we found the bed sheet had stain, and the bed room in overall is not that bright & clean

We had to go down to the counter to clarify with them. Apparently there were no communication at all between the internal staffs, as the counter staff don't even know the room was not ready to check in at all.
