A nice and relaxing resort for those who wishes to have some weekend getaway! Can't even bear to part with the place at the end of our 4-day stay...
The Tea Tree Spa is also a wonderful experience!
The hotel staff are friendly and polite.
Overall it's a value for money resort to try for!

The kind of service provided by the staff is excellent. They are fast in delivering their promises. They do welcome guests with warmth. As this is the first time to Batam, the staff actually recommended some great places to dine and shop! Fantastic.

anywhere so far so good during my stay to this resort but , need to spend more money on transportation when we decided to go for shopping and dinning, request to have free shuttle service provided by this resort. For staff is very helpful and polite. facilities ok except outside resort need more intertament like bowling alley and window shopping. good for big family when sty at this resort.

My stay at Holiday Inn was good. However, I was disappointed to see the surroundings (outside the hotel) bare. There were no nearby shops or eateries to buy food. Just big pieces of vacant land. The nearest place to enjoy family fun is at Harris Resort, which is about 5km from the hotel. And the watersports facilities were closed at that time. Hence, there was not much things to do except for shopping at the city central, which is about 45mins taxi ride from the hotel. AND the hotel charges Sing dollar for use of facilities at the hotel such as breakfast, spa etc!!

An overall enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn. The journey to the main shopping locations was further than expected but certainly acceptable. The only disappointment was the buffet served on the Saturday night. The seafood looked nice but as we had already eaten seafood that day we opted for the meat option. Unfortunately the beef would have served a better purpose on the sole of my shoes as it was so tough and the mutton appeared to have already been tried out in this location. The cinammon flavoured porridge appeared to be different until we read the sign saying that it was actually meant to be potatoes.
Overall a great stay but if you intend to visit the buffet, take some sandwiches with you or go for the seafood !!

This was my second, and certainly not my last, visit to Holiday City Batam.

The comfort, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the hotel are excellent and I would recommend this to either the business traveller to the area or to a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

This hotel is good for relaxing but if you intend to go shopping its inconvenient cos its far from town overall I like the place.

A bit expensive for the kind of foods offered. The foods are not tasty and limited.

Suggest not more than 1 day stay.

vy comfortable and the environment make me feel vy relax during my two days one night trip!!!

This is our 3rd time staying here, my children love the outdoor swimming pool very much. All the hotel staff are very friendly and approachable.We reached the hotel about 11am local time and can easily be allowed to check in altho check in time is 2pm. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, very spacious, clean bed and very clean toilet almost spotless.

The receptionist at the check-in counter was very unfriendly and very in-flexible. the bed sheets and pillow case are very dirty and smelly.

Check in experience was TERRIBLE!

Need to pay for most facilities, like $5 for an hr of pool table & the karaoke room. However, i must say, the staff there are all very friendly with smiles and greetings. They are also very helpful, when i actually requested for medicine due to food poisoning. It was delivered to the hotel room immediately. Upon arrival, we found the bed sheet had stain, and the bed room in overall is not that bright & clean

Western prices in Indonesia occasional times when make up was not until late in afternoon
