Can't even bear to part with the place at the end of our 4-day stay... The Tea Tree Spa is also a wonderful experience! The hotel staff are friendly and polite. Overall it's a value for money resort to try for!

They are fast in delivering their promises. They do welcome guests with warmth. As this is the first time to Batam, the staff actually recommended some great places to dine and shop! Fantastic.

For staff is very helpful and polite. facilities ok except outside resort need more intertament like bowling alley and window shopping. good for big family when sty at this resort.
