Instead had a non-smoking room. Since I check in late at night and tired to bother have a room change. Next morning I asked the guest service and they told me that the only comment they had on my reservation list is one bedroom, there must be a miscommunication with the travel agent and you...So, I am not too sure who had the miscommunication here!?!Moreover, at my confirmation email clearly stated my request.
