This was a weekend getaway visit to Batam for me and family. All of us did enjoy the trip very much. Excellent BBQ was on Saturday evening and the food was excellent. Overall the Holiday provided us with just what we required for refreshing ourselves.

The pool was great. Room size was great. However the furniture and curtains were a little old and could do with a change. Overall was a lovely experience

The staff at Holiday Inn have always been very courteous and helpful. Appreciate the gesture in providing a free birthday cake for my daughter that night and the staff who delivered the cake to our room even took the trouble to find a green candle as it's my daughter's favourite colour. Excellent service indeed!

I dont know where to start..everything there is so great.. The place, the staff, the room, the pool, the breakfast and everything else...we went there wif another fam wif 2 kids.. Even my 11 mths seems to enjoy himself..we all r looking forward to enjoy and pamper ourselves there again...soon..

We enjoyed our stay. Your staff were very warm and professional. However We would have liked to try the Thai Restaurant on Sunday for lunch but it was clased. We were not able to try the spa and massage as it was fully booked. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we will be back. Cheers

My stay at the resort has been a really fantastic one. From the day of our arrival till the day of our departure everything was so smooth and pleasant. Adding to it the staff was very courteous and friendly. We had a really fun stay there that we extended another night there. As for the comments on the room, it was decorated really nicely and amiably and the room was so huge. The amenities are good. And there's a lot of activities to be done there, that we actually stayed indoor most of the times. Then there's the food too, which is delicious and up to par. I would highly recommend this resort to my relatives and friends. And it's value for money for sure. I will definitely come back again for my next holiday.

After making a booking for my business trip, my secretary contacted the hotel 5 days before my travel to cancel, due to a change in my business plans.

Holiday Inn insisted on the applying penalty rates, even though it is was days prior to travel.

Such treatment of their customers (or ex-customers) can only be considered a RIP - OFF........!

The food was pretty decent for the price. I like the ambience. The only thing i would comment that it is not at the doorstep to the beach.

Overall i shud say its a nice place to relax, far from the shopping mall so its quiet & cosy. Btw this is my 2nd time staying in Holiday Inn Batam, so it answer evrything. Cheers

Good impression on my 1st visit to this hotel. The staffs overall is helpful and courteous.

I will definite stay in this hotel again on my next visit sometime in September 08.

However, 1 suggestion - probably the hotel mgt can insert more time window for the Nagoya shopping trips.
Understand currently is depart at 11am & return at 3pm.
The shopping timing is a bit rush.

The hotel is a good place to get away from the hustle of the city. It has enough activities to keep us occupied and the food is generally good. Staff were helpful and the place is kept clean.

This hotel met my expectation. The staff are courteous and helpful.
They really leave up to thier agenda " Hospitality"
I have been recomending Holiday Inn to my friends & colleaques since I came back to Singapore.,
The only thing that was not very good in my stay is the other guest who occupied on top of my room, It sounds like the people are so drunk that they keep on pounding the floor in the middle of the night the noise was so unbearable that I called reception.
I was impressed by how quickly they responded & action on my complained.
