We're very suprised, we could check in earlier. We arrived at the hotel at 11am, We thought we can't get the room at that time. We're very dissapointed because there was no shuttle bus to the MRT station and the information about how to get the shuttle was not very clear. From hotel to mrt station have to pay $5/one way by taxi. I don't want to go back again...

The Location is strategic and good for bring our family to make leisure in s'pore.

We had a very satisfactory stay at this hotel. The location is excellent with bus stops conveniently located within walking distance. Food court a 10 min. walk away and sea food restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, the staff friendly and efficient. The glass facade of the hotel is impressive and luxurious looking, the ambience excellent, making the hotel worthy of its 4 star rating. We were licky enough to have booked our stay at the promotional rate of S$123 per night with breakfast included, as our stay included a weekend. The breakfast was v.good, with various ethnic groups catered for.We will definitely stay there again even if it's at the normal rates. signed: ex singaporean from Perth.

A Good hotel where you get value for money

Overall I am satisfied with my hotel arrangement, Atrium is a very good hotel. Pros and cons are as follows:

+ central location
+ view (go for room above 20th floor and city view)
+ 5 different pillow menu! :)
+ iron and its board in room
+ clean and comfortable rooms
+ courteous staff

- charges for internet (high)
- breakfast buffet is limited
- for some reason weak-calls are being done twice!

I had a pleasant stay here. The room is spacious enough, comfortable and clean. The room amenities and the hotel facilities are excellent.
The hotel staff are also courteous and polite. But I find that the food served need some improvement....it did not meet my expectation

Holiday Inn is value for money hotel within easy access to MRT. Helpful staff and friendly staff.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was nearby my family member's house, as it was in the heart of the city, specially very easy can went everywhere in singapore by the transports.

Anyway, i would like to recommend and share my experiences to all my frends and family for staying at this hotel..

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel - the 1st time was 18 years ago when it was called the Glass Hotel and was so impressed then, that when I decided to fly via Singapore to Dubai, I searched down this same hotel. Even though there has been a name change and 18 years between visits, the service is still outstanding, the rooms clean and the 4th floor restaurant serves an excellent breakfast. Whilst not in the heart of Singapore, its just a short taxi ride away.

This hotel is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet and less frenetic location without being too far from both Orchard Rd(4 min by taxi and 10 min walk) and Clarke Quay (2 min by taxi and a pleasant 10 min walk along the river).
The hotel amenities are very good as is the service. I am very impressed with the staff assistance for issues other than accommodation that made the stay enjoyable and informed.
We have been here 4 times now and would come again

The ambience of lobby at Holiday Inn Atrium is quite gloomy, but the room fortunately is well lit and the room is functional albeit its small size. Don't despair with the location of this hotel as the nearest MRT station is still within reasonable distance by foot. And there are lots of buses which will take you directly to Orchard Rd!

We're very happy with our stay at the hotel. We found the staff very helpful & courteous. The hotel's location is good, central to most shopping areas. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel & we're not disappointed. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The Holiday Inn Atrium is a fabulous hotel to stay at and enjoy. It's open concept atrium is very impressive. The hotel is in a great location close to Orchard street shopping. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I'd love to recommend this hotel to other travelers in Singapore. the room i got was so adorable, they made it upsize thou. while the rate is still acceptable, they gave me the extra bed for free ( no charge ) and all the amenities completed in one second.

i got no problem with this hotel, except the location which is quiet far from Orchard Road ( around S$ 8-10 ) by taxi.

but after all...i love this hotel a lot..

next time i go to singapore again, i'll make sure i book HOLIDAY INN ATRIUM again...

Bathroom needs renovation

Front desk service is good Found tiny insects on the bed and floor

The facilities need to be renovated. The pool area is very tired & the tennis court is in serious disrepair. The rooms are very dated & need renovation.
