The hotel is nice however there were hockey sports teams staying on the floor where my room was. They let their children run the hallways to play hockey and video games. That was okay by me because it was early and the children were in bed by 8:30 PM. However that is when the adults took over and it was party central on my floor. There was drinking, very loud voices and a lot of back and forth between the rooms. Finally I called the front desk to break this up at 10:30 at night. They did break up the party about 20 minutes after that.

Very nice motel. Very clean. Pool area also very clean. Polite staff.

Although I used the wrong date to book our room the receptioist made sure that she would still be able to accomadate our request even though there were no rooms available like the one I booked. Our only concern was a couple of intoxicated adults in the swimming area spilling their beer into the pool while there were young children around.

We had a beautiful vacation in London Ontario. The Holiday Inn hotel and suites there was very clean and the location was great. The staff were very friendly. We will stay there again definitely

When we checked in we were put right beside the electrical equipment room which for most people probably wouldn't matter. We are both very light sleepers and the background noise would have kept us awake all night. There was absolutely no problem getting another room which was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly/helpful.

All staff are courteous and efficient. I would like to particularly comment on the restaurant staff ( I had breakfast there) as well as the front desk staff.
I have stayed at this location several times and would return to this site when in London.
