We are both very light sleepers and the background noise would have kept us awake all night. There was absolutely no problem getting another room which was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly/helpful.

I would like to particularly comment on the restaurant staff ( I had breakfast there) as well as the front desk staff. I have stayed at this location several times and would return to this site when in London.
