This hotel I would say is superb in terms of the hospitality and services.. I was driving up from Singapore to KL and for the first time into PJ...always has been only in KL city centre. Not used to the area or exits (as you know KL has alot of exits), we called the hotel to assist us in directing how to get to the place.

The concierge and the doorman actually directed us from pt A to pt B and even waited outside the hotel area for us. They made sure that we didn't lost our way and get to the place safely. It was wonderful to have them guiding us along the way and for them being very helpful with us. It was pleasantly suprising as well, for the first time after several times driving up into Malaysia, a hotel staff actually assisted us throughout the Journey in PJ.

The room was refreshingly spacious....oooohhh and i love the bathroom....its huge...and so comfy...The toiletries were from Crabtree and Evelyn.

Breakfast was MAGNIFICIENT....there was a wide spread of food, superb service staffs, great wake-me-up coffee. Also, for the first time there was an area of variety of Jam spreads for Diabetic.. My dad was soooooo pleased with it..They also had a juice bar and blend pure fruit drinks for you..

However, shopping not that accessible at this place into town except for the Giant Midvalley mall which they say need half a day to cover the whole area.

Overall it was superb...

Although I had asked specially for the pool view at the time of booking, we ended up in a room with the city view!

We are thankful for the pastry take-away shop, the nearby Roti Chanai shop and supermarket and the polite hotel staff. We are even more thankful to holidaycity.com for the good rates, both for PJ Hilton and S'pore Regent Thank you for the baby cot and King bed.

Hotel food is tumb down, breakfast(buffet) is so expensive and lousy, lousy ......too cooked satay, otah, chicken meat, terrible soup .. not fresh fruits .... Wireless Internet charges is way too high as compared to neighbouring countries

looks a lot better than the room rooms are a little run-down

Was talked into opting for the deluxe room upon checking in. Should have stayed with original booking.The telephone was not working in the room. The bed is well passed it's use by date, the middle part has sunk in making sleep very uncomfortable. The room was not refreshed and there was no bed turn down on the second night. Very limited amenities were provided compared to other 5 stars hotels.
