the staff that you have working their where just wonderful always smiling and ready to help you in any way that they could.the dining room people where grat they where well manners and if you asked them any-thing they would answer you right away and a big hands up for your cook the dinner was just the best and the meat so tender it was a pleasure to stay looking forword of doing it again when we visit the family

The hotel staff were excellent. We were upgraded within the hotel because of a large group staying on other floors. The hotel is well located within the downtown area.

Jon Bon Jovi

We were in London to see Bon Jovi. It was an overnight stay. It was really too bad we didn't spend more time at the hotel but there just wasn't any. The lobby was very elegant and inviting and our room was very comfortable and lovely.
I would definately stay there again - hopefully when I had more time.
