The air conditioning in our room was not working. WE contact with registration desk, someone came to see the problem. However, after 5 nights there it still not working.

The room was kind of second grade one - on the ground floor next to some kind of enginge/ventilation room - everything was vibrating constantly with a lot of noise.

The cost of the rooms was extremely reasonable especially due to the ease of acsessibility into London centre. And the service was excellent, especially room service at 5am! All of the guests within my party were extremely impressed by the standard of the rooms.
