The hotel is in a excellent location and offers the best view of the Kuching waterfront. (Get the waterfront facing rooms!!) I was also very impressed with the staff in the hotel. They were ever ready to answer questions and give good recommendations about food and tourist sights. I had a great experience staying at the Hilton and would gladly recommend it to friends!

IT WAS BUT A SHORT VISIT TO CELEBRATE OUT 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL. WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUITE AND GIVEN A LOVELY GATEAUX.THIS IS A FINE HOTEL IN A PERFECT LOCATION

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Kuching at the end of July this year. Me and my friends doesnt havë anything bad to say about the hotel. The dinner buffe at the Waterfront restaurant were super and the night club Senso was a trendy place were you could get a nice cocktail. The staff at the hotel were helpful both at the front desk and by the pool. We really recommend this hotel and if we come back to Kuching one day we would absolutely stay at the Hilton.

Stayed at this Hilton on previous visits and have always been stafisfied with the service and amenities. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakast selection is always fantastic and caters for different cultures. Restuarant are reasonably priced. Good value on room rate whereby second room occupied by children under 12 years is discounted by 50%.

Credit card was charged 200RM on arrival - still not reimbursed nearly 2 weeks later. Also processed my credit card for accommodation twice and lost over $40 on repayment. Upgraded to a suite - lovely room with a fantastic view of the river.

FAINT MUSTY SMELL.DO CHECK BATHROOM,NEAR DOOR N SINK AREA,SUSPECT TINY LEAKAGE INSIDE PIPES?THE FLOOR ARE THERE ALWAYS HAS A LITTLE PUDDLE.

Eventhough I could not get my requested room but they gave me one king bed room facing the the Rejang river which I enjoyed staying in it. The view was beautiful especially during sunset.
