Situated next to the KL central station where we can just go anywhere within a few minutes. The rooms are very modern with flat screen tvs. I especially love the bathroom... very very nice indeed.

best executive floor of any hotel. Love the live music nightly. great staff, food and drinks too!! Highly recommend this hotel

It's quite convenient to access to the public transpotation. Also the facility such as gym and spa is so clean and nice. The room has a quite nice view especially from the bath room as there is a big window beside bath tab.

Not all items have been replaced by the room service. If you want to dine inside room is too small.

Direction signboards leading to hotel from Sentral Station is not clearly indicated/placed. Can be confusing at times especially first timer to Hilton Hotel. Ideal size for business traveller. However, one slight set back is Internet access is separately chargable.

Some minor mistakes in the checking in process, but people are friendly and committed. The hotel in convenient for KL Sentral, but a bit far away from Jl. Bukit Bintang and the other attractions.
